Your member of Congress, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi has signed on as a co-sponsor of HR 1059 - the Military Readiness Enhancement Act. This bill would repeal “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” the ban on allowing openly gay, lesbian and bisexual troops to serve in the military.
Congresswoman Pelosi needs to hear from you that she is doing the right thing by supporting a bill that can have major positive implications for the LGBT community. Thank her for being a leader and for standing in the face of adversity to lead the charge for fairness and equality.
